Venison Stew

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound venison stew meat

3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

1-1/2 medium onions, diced

1-1/2 stalks celery, diced

3 large carrots, peeled and diced

2 T flour

salt and pepper to taste

garlic powder to taste

2 cups water

2 beef bouillion cubes

Season meat in bottom of crock pot and coat with flour. Add vegetables, water, and bouillion. Cook on low 8-10 hrs. Can easily double recipe.
