Hunter Education Patches
Since
starting my volunteer teaching with Texas Parks and Wildlife, I have become
interested in the patches from other states. Some of the states have many
different patches, both old and new. And from personal experience, I know the
Texas patch is no more as they now hand out stickers.The following is a picture
essay of the patches I have obtained so far. I now have at least one patch from
every state ! Thanks to fellow instructors who helped out. Mainly Duke, my
mentor in hunter ed, who obtained many of these for me. Also long time
instructor Gene Norton, who also collects. And a big thanks to Jon Hanson from
North Dakota ! He sent me the final missing piece !
